Fudgy Peanut Butter Coconut No Bake Cookies

I made these the evening of Christmas Day this past year, along with hot apple cider for my husband and I. It was our first Christmas as a married couple, and I wanted to do something memorable. So, cookies it was! These were really gooey, set very well, and were super yummy :)
