Beachy Christmas in July!

Our family is spread out, so we don't usually get to spend big holidays together anymore. One if particular-- Christmas-- has been missed for such a long time!
Somehow, we were all able to make it together this past July. We came from North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Oregon! We decided to celebrate Christmas together since we don't get to see each other during the holiday. We had a great time at Sandbridge Beach in Virginia Beach, VA.
Above, you can see all of the Christmas and ocean inspired decorated sugar cookies-- Christmas trees, candy canes, and starfish! The starfish were inspired by Finding Nemo's Peach (the starfish owned by the dentist).
Below, is a Red Velvet Cheesecake-- Oreo cookie crust, cheesecake, red velvet cake, chocolate ganache, and cream cheese icing! My all-time favorite! YUM!
Now, you all get to see some of my favorite cookies to make during the holidays-- the Andes Mint White Chocolate Chip Cookies! Buttery, chocolate chip cookie dough, with Andes White Mint Chips and Hershey's White Chocolate Chips. Soooooo good!!!
Last, but not least-- a Red Velvet Mickey Mouse Cake decorated with dark and white chocolate ganaches!
