Strawberry Cream Cheese Filled Cupcakes - Preview

Below, is a picture of the cupcakes after they had been "plunged" and filled with my homemade strawberry cream cheese... but before icing or prettying them up. The filling tastes great, and isn't too sweet since that's the job of the frosting!
