Apple Pie Muffins
Gooey, flaky, and moist apple pie in muffin form!
It's that time of year again-- apples and pumpkins in every fashion! Fall has definitely come to Charlotte, and it's about the time that everyone starts craving apple and pumpkin desserts. So, I decided apple pie muffins were at the top of the list.
I made the badder, sauteed the apples with the perfect amount of spices, and finished it off with streusel topping!

These were so amazing! I made jumbo ones and they truly tasted like an apple pie in a muffin.
