Happy Halloween! Jack Skellington, Mickey Mouse Pumpkin, and Pumpkin Spiced Sugar Cookies

Happy Halloween from Mimi's Sweets! Enjoy some Jack Skellington, Mickey Mouse Pumpkin, and Pumpkin Spiced Sugar Cookies!

I used my regular sugar cookie recipe and then added some cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg. Not too much, just enough to tell that it's there.

This year, I got a TON of orders for these Jack Skellington (from The Nightmare Before Christmas) sugar cookies! My husband loves the movie, and I originally made the cookies as a trial run to see how they would look. They turned out so well that a whole bunch of people ordered them.

These Mickey Mouse sugar cookies were also a trial run. I had seen smaller ones at Disney World and wanted to make some myself. Here's a link to the ones I modeled them after (about half way down the page): Mickey Pumpkin Cookies. What do you think? 

And below are the Pumpkin sugar cookies. I got an order for sixty of them, and I think they turned out well!
