Eggnog Cupcakes

This cupcake mixture of eggnog and spices has most definitely become my new favorite! 

These cupcakes have eggnog, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla in them... and the frosting is eggnog cream cheese. I can't describe how much my husband and his co-workers loved these.... so amazing! Even better with a cold glass of eggnog (pictured above)!

Eggnog lovers and haters alike thought these cupcakes were to die for. Why? Because there was enough eggnog in them for the lovers to take notice, an just enough spice for the haters to not really care that there was eggnog in them.

Personally, I am in the middle about eggnog. Growing up, I disliked it. Now, I like eggnog, but can't drink it straight without it making me feel sick. So, I always "water down" mine half way with milk. Apologies to the hard core eggnog lovers out there! 

Needless to say, though, when I made these, I had a hard time only sampling the one for quality control. I kept finding myself tempted to eat ALL OF THEM! You know something is really great when it consumes your thoughts. Haha!
